Superpig's Atkins Update

Afer a month of break, he is back on.

His current weight stans at

93.5kg!!!!

Now, I just have to kick him out to exercise.

Superpig is on Atkins Holiday

He will be on the Atkins diet holiday for a month.

So come 1st March 2008, he will be back on the diet again.

For now, he will be eating carbo again and he sure is very happy about it.

However, he mentioned that when he eat too much carbo, he will feel uncomfortable.

Hence, he decided that he will not over induldge.

To celebrate his success for the last three months, I cooked his favourite soup!

I could literally put his jeans down to his knees without unzipping.

And...

He can pull it back up and wear it properly again!

Damn...

I need to lose some weight too.

Going on semi-Atkins, one carbo meal a day (as best as I can).

I must say that I am very proud of Superpig and his determination.

Coming home last night, we meet our neighbour on the way.

We chatted and she mentioned that Superpig is slimmer.

His potbelly has shrunk.

Now, I better do something about myself or he may be snatched away.

There he is gorging down his dinner... but it's all without carbo. (Hope he doesn't scroll down to here or I will be RIP-ing)

Another to try the Atkins Diet

Met up with Superpig's friends last weekend.
He told them about his current diet and why he decided to go ahead with it eventhough it can be rather challenging.
He explained to them what the diet is about and how he had gotten use to the "no carbo" diet.

Yesterday, he came home and told me that his friend,F (who is also on the big size catergory) has started on the diet too.
After hearing from Superpig and also his brother (whose friend mentioned it before), he decided to read up on it and gave it a go.

Hope both of them would be able to meet their goal of weight lost.

Update on Superpig

Today is the third day that Superpig is on the Atkins diet.

I must say that he sure have a whole lot of determination.

Although he looks a little grumpy but he should be able to get over it soon.

His energy level is low but he claims that he is alright.

He has been visiting the toilet more often then his usual morning and night visitation.

And he finally understood that he can eat as much as he want as long as he doesn't consume anything that has high carbohydrate.

So he went and bought 1.5 kg worth of Ba Kwa (barbecued pork slices)



He started out with his weight at 104kg (yes... he is that massive)

This morning he is at 102.5kg!

It has only been three days.
